All seasonings and blends are produced in small batches to maintain freshness and flavor consistency.

Orders are processed through Zoho Commerce.

You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification automatically via our secure checkout system.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, or system errors.

3. Order Cancellation & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

Contact us immediately after purchase.
If the order has already been fulfilled, changes cannot be made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USA: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

All delivery times are estimates only. Holidays and carrier delays may affect shipment timelines.

5. International Duties, Taxes & Fees

International orders may incur customs duties or import charges. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because spices are consumable goods, we follow strict return guidelines to protect product safety.

We accept returns if:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on:

Opened, used, or damaged products
Personalized or custom blends
Sale or promotional items

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
